while we work on developing our online shopping service, any of our products may be ordered over the phone using visa, mastercard or discover. please call 612 FUR LESS to place an order or ask any questions.
all orders are carefully packed and shipped USPS priority mail for delivery in about two days, six days a week, anywhere in the US (including po boxes and military addresses). you pay actual postage only: no freight tables based on item price, no "handling fees." we charge only what the post office charges us.

fast and furless wants you to be delighted with your purchase. we're pleased to accept returns within 30 days of receipt (or until january 31 for items purchased november 1–december 31), as long as items are in their original packaging, show no signs of wear and are in salable condition. if they don't look like something you'd buy new from a store, unfortunately we're unable to accept them. used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
in particular, shoes must be unworn and tried on briefly indoors with socks on, preferably on carpeting. they may not have scuff marks and must be in their original box (if included). please wrap each shoe individually (as you received them); if they rub against each other on their way back to us, they'll scuff.
if items are returned that do not meet these conditions, no exchange, store credit or refund will be issued and the items will be returned at the customer's expense.
we include a return form in every mail order package. if you're mailing back an item, please take a minute to fill out this form to tell us if you want an exchange, store credit credit or refund. if you do not have the return form, please include a note with your name, phone number, receipt number and purchase date, what you are sending back and why, and what you would like to have happen.

please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. fast and furless cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. outbound shipping on the first exchange is on us.
in-store returns and exchanges
refunds for in-store purchases will be issued in the form of an in-store merchandise credit. cash or credit card refunds are not available.
