I congratulate every person involved in the creation and maintenance of this company. I want to thank Jonathan Novick for his awesome service. Being able to speak with a sweet, enthusiastic human being rather than wasting my time with frustrating mail orders or perpetually faulty websites was certainly a refreshing and most welcome change.
